About Our Services

Availability Searches

Trademark searches are an effective method of filing trademark applications cost effectively. An application may be rejected upon examination if there is a pre-existing identical trademark on the register. A pre-filing search allows a potential applicant to determine the availability of a selected trademark before incurring costs on a trademark application.

Verification of Data

A verification of data can be made at the Trademark / Patent Office in order to update the current status of a given mark / Patent.

IP Registrations

Our firm offer a full range services in all IP registration; marks, patents, designs, copyrights & domain names, we maintain your application alive and protected.

Patent Annuities

Patent annuities or renewal fees are fees that are paid to maintain a granted patent in force. Some patent laws require the payment of maintenance fees for pending patent applications. Not all patent laws require the payment of maintenance fees and different laws provide different regulations concerning not only the amount payable but also the regularity of the payments. In countries where annuities fees are to be paid annually, they are sometimes called Maintenance fees. In Egypt the patent annuities are paid for pending patent applications, starting from the priority date.

Marks Renewal

A trademark registration is valid for 10 years from the date of filing the trademark application and it is renewable for periods of 10 years each upon application and payment of the prescribed renewal fees. The Trademark Office serves a written notice to the registered owner of a trademark at his address as indicated in the register. The notice, which is served during the month following the expiry of the validity term, indicates the date on which the renewal fees should have been paid and calls for payment during the grace period. If the registrant fails to apply for renewal during the 6 months following the expiry of the stipulated protection period, the Trademark Office will ex officio cancel such registration which will eventually be removed from the register.

IP Recordals

The assignment of a trademark/Patent should be recorded, and it has to be published in the Official Gazette and entered in the records of the Trademark/Patent Office. The assignment of a trademark/patent must not necessarily be submitted with the establishment of the business concern. Changes in the name and/or address of a registrant must be recorded.
